Please seek help...

Hello friends!! We are working towards bringing mental health closer to you. If you are suffering please seek help. You do not have to suffer alone. Talk to someone. Talk to a professional. To the mothers out there who have lost their family member(s) to gun violence. Don’t give up. Justice will be served. My family and I still wonder who in the world would kill our son! But we are not giving up.

Yes, we suffer! Yes, we grieve! But we want a sense of closure. We need a sense of closure. We really want our son back, but that is not going to happen, and we must live with that every day of our lives. So, what do we do? What do you do? We live. We live for us, our family, our granddaughter, our daughter; we live for our love ones who are no longer with us. We will always miss them and cherish them. Someone once told me that it takes at least 5 years to reach some sense of normalcy after losing a child. That must be true, because it has been almost 2 years since my baby was killed and it still feels like it was yesterday. But I take that grief and try to help others see and understand that they can move on. They must move on. Our loved ones who were taken from us out of hatred, are resting now in God’s hands. You must know in your heart and soul that God has all of our babies until we see them again.
